The Our Children, Our Future Campaign to Fight Child Poverty
"What issues/policies need changed in West Virginia that impact working families/children? The Our Children, Our Future Campaign is currently accepting policy proposals for its annual Policy Workshops and Symposium.
This is your chance to work on that issue you think needs attention. This year being placed on the OCOF ballot of issues requires a submitted application and participation in at least one workshop and the symposium. [If you've got an idea, talk to your officers about creating a proposal!]
Not sure about whether you want to submit a proposal but would love to work on a team? Attend the Policy Workshops to learn about the submitted policies and join a team! (See below). Policy Workshop registration information coming soon!"

The Our Children, Our Future Camapaign to End Child Poverty
Interested in hearing about some policy proposals developed by West Virginia citizens just like you?
The Our Children, Our Future Policy Workshops will allow you to hear about issues taking place throughout West Virginia, and what people are doing to solve them.
Join these workshops to learn about various grassroots policy proposals as well as topics like voter empowerment, grassroots advocacy, and community health.
Want to learn more about how students can be involved in policy? Attend the Student Policy Workshop as well! You'll get to hear about how policies are developed and passed, how citizens (including students) can be engaged in the process, and how we can work toward a better West Virginia while we're still in school.
